We are less than three weeks away from election day. One of the races voters will get to decide on is the race for Pennsylvania's 4th Congressional District. The seat is currently held by Republican Congressman Scott Perry. His challenger is former Harrisburg Mayor Linda Thompson. Rep. Perry sat down with FOX43's Evan Forrester to discuss his campaign.
