Turkey Hill in Red Lion robbed by armed man

York Area Regional police say that the Turkey Hill Minit Market along the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue in Red Lion was robbed Saturday night.

Police were dispatched to the convenience store just after 10:00 p.m. for reports that a man entered the store, displayed a small handgun and demanded money.  The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was last seen leaving towards the rear of the store near Wallick Lane, police said.
According to police, the suspect is being described as a white male, about 5’6″ to 5’10” tall, wearing a camo bandana over his face, black sunglasses and a black hoodie style sweatshirt.

No injuries were reported police said.
