Police say four teens are responsible for several recent robberies in Harrisburg. After being arrested for a robbery on October 14th in the 200 block of Herr Street that involved two state representatives, police started to look for a connection bewtween the teens and several other robberies. State Representative Marty Flynn and Rep. Ryan Bizzarro, were walking from the Capitol around 11pm on the 14th when they were approached by the suspects.Flynn exchanged gunfire with one of the suspects.
Police arrested four juveniles: Jyair Leonard, 15, Jamani Ellison, 17, Zhaquan McGhee, 15 and Derek Anderson, 17 for that robbery. When they linked them to other robberies, another suspect, Mark Farano, 17, was charged.
The teens are being charged as adults for the crimes, facing charges of Robbery, Conspiracy, Carrying a Firearm without a License and Possession of Firearm by a Minor.

09/13/14-Robbery at N Front and Vine St:
Leonard, Ellison, Farano, McGhee- all charged with Robbery and Conspiracy.
Ellison also charged with Carrying a Firearm without a License and Possession of Firearm
By a Minor.
09/15/14-Robbery in the 200 block of Boas St:
Leonard, Ellison, Farano, McGhee- all charged with 2 counts of Robbery and Conspiracy.
McGhee also charged with Carrying a Firearm without a License and Possession of Firearm
By a Minor.
10/13/14-Robbery in the 500 block of Susquehanna St
Leonard, Ellison, Anderson, McGhee- all charged with 3 counts of Robbery and Conspiracy.
McGhee also charged with Carrying a Firearm without a License and Possession of Firearm By a Minor.
