Apartment fire in York

Firefighters battled an apartment building fire Sunday morning on the 200 block of North George Street in York.

According to county control,   the fire broke out around 5:47 a.m.  in the three-story building, also known for the Cupid's adult store location.

There are no reported injuries.  Red Cross is assisting one adult that was displaced by the fire.

The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.

    Have a property on 300 blk of N George St, it was scary to see! The Cupids building has in the past been a model example of smart futuristic thinking and action. I hope they redo it
