Fire at the Budget Inn motel damaged numerous rooms early Sunday morning.
Officials say fire crews were called to the motel located along the 1300 block of Furnace Hills Pike in Elizabeth Township, near Lititz around 2:00 a.m. Sunday. Fire officials say the fire broke out in Room 6 of the motel.
Officials say approximately 13 of the 18 motel rooms were occupied at the time and all guests were able to get out safely, police said.
Damage is estimated at $300,000.
No injuries were reported and the investigation into what caused the fire is underway.
