Police are investigating a robbery that happened Tuesday morning at a Harrisburg bank. Members 1st Credit Union Bank located at 301 Market Street in Strawberry Square was robbed at 8:35 a.m. according to a news release.
Officials say a black male walked up to a teller and demanded money. Fearing for their safety, the teller gave the suspect the money in the register.
The suspect got away with a little over $1,500.00 police said.
The suspect is being described as wearing a black and white flannel jacket with a green army jacket underneath, green camo gloves, dark pants and sneakers. Police say he is to be 40-50 years of age with glasses, and he wore band aids under the glasses.
