The Hershey Bears are sporting some new gear as part of a "Movember" campaign.
The Bears players wore their special "Movember" jerseys during tonight's game against the St. John's Icecaps at Giant Center. It's all to raise awareness for men's health issues, including prostate cancer. Some fans got to home with a special "Movember" t-shirt that was sold during the game.
"Each jersey is different, some our fans love more than others," Hershey Entertainment Communications Coordinator, Kaylee Dugan said, "it all depends on the players as well. I will say the more blood ans sweat on the jerseys, the more fans like to pay for it ."
The "Movember" jerseys were auctioned off after the game. All proceeds will benefit the Pennsylvania Prostate Cancer Coalition.
