LEBANON COUNTY, PA(WPMT) – Pennsylvania State Police responded to a call Tuesday afternoon reporting a man wearing light colored shorts and a plaid jacket, behaving suspiciously in the area of Route 501 in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County.
A man matching the description, and later identified as Moses Aaron McFarlin, 27, of Lancaster County, was seen walking along Route 897. A State Trooper in talking with McFarlin discovered that he was wanted on Felony Charges.
McFarlin, then attempted to run away. While being taken into custody, McFarlin hit a State Trooper. He faces a charge of Aggravated Assault.
McFarlin is being held at the Camp Hill State Prison on an unrelated charge.
