SOUTH LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP (WPMT)-A 24-year-old Palmyra man is facing criminal charges after police said he had a sexual relationship with a child.
Andrew Ryan Sears is accused of showing pornography and engaging in sexual acts with a boy, who was less than 13 years of age, between September and December of this year.
According to police, the boy had been entrusted to his care on several occasions. Sears allegedly told the boy not to tell anyone about what had happened between them.
Sears was arrested Thursday and taken to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $800,000 bail. He is charged with indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, and intimidation of a victim.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 12.
