Man on the run for rape is arrested in Lancaster; children found safe

A Dauphin county man wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a 13-year old, is now in police custody.
51-year old William Scott Allison, of Middletown, has been arrested by police in  Lancaster.
On Saturday, investigators issued a press release stating  Allison fled his home with his two young sons, after learning he was a suspect in the rape. Allison has legal custody of the boys, ages 8 and 13. They were found safe when Allison was caught. Police say the teenage rape victim is not related to Allison.

He is facing charges of Criminal Attempt – Rape Forcible Compulsion, Unlawful Contact With Minor – Sexual Offenses, Criminal Attempt – Involuntary Deviant Sexual Assault of a Person Less Than 16 Years of Age, Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Victim Less Than 16 Years of Age, and Corruption of Minors.
