Search for bank robbery suspect in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, PA (WPMT) – An early afternoon bank robbery in Harrisburg.  It happened at about 12:47 pm at the Fulton Bank branch at 200 N. 3rd Street.  A male suspect walked into the bank, approached a teller and demanded money. He ran out the door with some cash. He was last seen headed north on 3rd Street toward Cranberry Street, and then west toward 2nd Street. There were no reported injuries.

The bandit is described as a black male, who wore a blue hooded sweatshirt. blue jeans, white sneakers and a red bandana covering his face.

    See there all you potential robbers. You cover up like the Grim Reaper when you rob a business, unless of course you know the camera system sucks from the poor quality and angles that are posted in the news. Otherwise, you’re just looking for a quick way to go back to a warm prison bed and free food from Joe Taxpayer and in that case it is quickest to walk into a police station and punch out an officer.
