LANCASTER CITY (WPMT)-Five men and a teenager were arrested Tuesday in Lancaster City after a shots fired investigation turned up heroin and several loaded guns, police said.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Hand Avenue around 12:43 a.m. for a report of multiple shots fired. Witnesses told authorities they saw several people run from the area.
During the investigation–police found numerous bullet holes in a home at 353 Hand Avenue. Officers made contact with the residents and noticed illegal drugs and several guns in plain view.
Police seized 4 loaded guns, marijuana, crack cocaine, heroin and various drug paraphernalia.
Authorities charged 22-year-old Ryan Mahler, 23-year-old Johan Parra and21-year-old William Clark with four counts of persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Mahler was taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Elliot Ramos, 18, and Robert Parker, 22, were charged with possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police charged a 17-year-old juvenile with four counts of possession of a firearm by a minor, possession with intent to deliver, two counts of controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The juvenile will be detained at the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.
