MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP (WPMT)-A Dillsburg man accused of sexually assaulting a child was arrested Wednesday, police said.
Authorities charged Jacob D. Stone, 25, with two counts of rape, one count of statutory sexual assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, one count of sexual assault and one count of indecent assault.
According to police, officers received information on Dec. 9 from a person who reported that Stone had been sexually abusing them since they were 5 years old. The assault started back in 2000 and continued until April of this year, police said.
Stone was arrested on Dec. 17 and taken to York County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 9.
