LEBANON, PA (WPMT) A suspicious death investigation is underway in Lebanon City. Police were called at about 12:23 pm Wednesday to a home in the 400 block of N. 2nd Street.
Officers found a deceased male inside the house. The victim suffered apparent gunshot wounds which did not appear to have been self inflicted.
There was no one else in the house. The resident of the home had been away for several days. The unidentified dead man did not live in the house but was known to the resident.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine the exact cause of death of the victim. Lebanon City Police are being assisted in their investigation by the Lebanon County DA’s Office and the county coroner.
