LEBANON COUNTY, PA (WPMT) The Lebanon County Task Force announced the arrest of ten people on drug related violations.
Hector J. Rodriguez- Concepcion, 22 years of age from 228 Guilford Street Lebanon was charged with Delivery of Heroin and Criminal Use of Communication Facility in connection with an incident on June 25, 2014 in the 200 block of Guilford Street.
Tiffany Wade, 19 years of age from 130 Old Ebenezer Road Lebanon was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on October 15, 2014 in the 1st Block of South 7th Street.
Alberto Fernando Vasquez, 30 years of age from 817 Church Street Lebanon was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on October 10, 2014, in the first block of South. 8th Street.
Beatrice L. James, 55 years of age from 25 South 6th Street Lebanon was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on October 15, 2014 in the first block of South 7th Street. It is alleged she possessed two crack pipes.
Shannon Nye, 31 years of age from 321 Lewis Road Annville, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on March 22, 2014 in the 1st block of North 12th Street. It is alleged she possessed two glass pipes.
Ashley Custer, 19 years of age from 315 North 8th Street Lebanon, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident at her residence on October 15, 2014.
Darin T. Jones, 31 years of age from 517 Cumberland Street Lebanon was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on October 15, 2014 in the 1st block of South 7th Street.
Delano Tollefson III, 30 years of age from 1134 Lehman Street Lebanon was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Suboxne and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on August 22, 2014 in the area of 12th and Brandywine Streets.
Marc S. Bates, 45 years of age from 342 North 5th Street Lebanon was charged with Possession of Acetaminophen/Oxycodone, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with an incident on October 24, 2014 at his residence.
Wendy Potteiger, 27 years of age from 13 Grasshopper Court Myerstown, was charged with Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence from an incident which occurred on October 17, 2014 in the Lebanon County Probation Office. It is alleged Potteiger made and provided a fake prescription bottle to Probation Officers to explain why she tested positive for opiates during a random drug screen.
