WEST YORK, PA (WPMT) U.S. Marshals apprehend a York City man wanted on a rape charge. Borough Police obtained an arrest warrant last week for Kenneth E. Stoner, 23, charging him with Rape by Forcible Compulsion and other offenses.
When attempts to locate Stoner at his last known address failed, Borough Police asked the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force help find him.
Stoner was arrested by deputy U.S. Marshals without incident at about 1:45 pm Monday in the 300 block of East Main Street, Dallastown. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Central Booking Unit.
