If you live in or have some sort of “business” in Harrisburg, Lancaster, or York cities these days you have to wonder each day whether your number is going to come up in the shooting lottery.

Precisely why we do not tempt fate and never go into any of these cesspools on purpose. Not in broad daylight or after dark. Third rate baseball, second rate theater, lower rated shops and restaurants are not worth robbery, mugging or worse. After London, old Paris, Heidelberg, Napoli and the far east, The ghetto has nothing to offer.

This may not be the first in Harrisburg this year as there has just been an announcement that a missing woman was found dead.
