Homes burglarized, ransacked in Dauphin County

DAUPHIN CO.(WPMT) A pair of overnight home burglaries in Dauphin County.  Lower Paxton Township Police say someone entered and ransacked a home in the 5400 block of Union Deposit Road sometime between 6:00 pm and 7:45 pm Tuesday. A watch was the only thing reported missing.

The second incident happened between 4:30 pm Tuesday and 7:45 am this morning at a home in the 1000 block of Birch Knoll Drive.  A flat screen TV, cash, two firearms, ammo and jewelry were taken.

Township police believe that both burglaries are related and they may be related to other recent burglaries in the same general area.
