It was an 100-mile-per-hour car chase with the suspect tied up in knots.

The incredible dashcam video shows the pursuit of a handcuffed woman accused of stealing a police car near Pittsburgh.

They say Roxanne Rimer, 27, had her hands cuffed *behind her back* the whole time!

She somehow managed to get the car in gear and drive it at incredibly high speeds for 10 miles before being caught.

Rimer faces a number of charges, including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

She was originally detained on suspicion of shoplifting.

    Such talent, wasted. Somewhere in that sick head, she thought she could get away with it, free herself of the cuffs and live the rest of her life out without ever paying the consequences.
    Why isn’t the other police car from the beginning of the video following her from the start?
