HARRISBURG, PA (WPMT) Tynell Douglas, 29, of Harrisburg, is sentenced in Dauphin County Court to six to sixteen years in state prison, followed by a term of 4 years’ probation. That sentence was the result of a negotiated agreement for Douglas pleading guilty to three separate charges.
Douglas, a prior felon not to possess, was found in possession of a firearm during a traffic stop where he attempted to flee the police. He then was arrested for domestic assault and charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats. The third case occurred when a warrant was served for his arrest and he was found to be in possession of a firearm and a large quantity of heroin.
