10 veterans took part in a “Vets Journey Home” retreat at the Allenberry Resort and Playhouse in Cumberland County.
VJH is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Veterans with emotional issues they’ve experienced during their time in the service, at no cost. Organizers say the retreat is a safe place for Vets to tell their stories with no judgement.
VJH is run by volunteers who give their time to help our country’s Veterans heal. The organization was established in 2012.
