PennDOT lifted the speed limit restrictions that were in place on most major highways in south central Pennsylvania Sunday morning.

Major roads in Lancaster County including Route 30, Route 283 and Route 222 between Route 30 and the Berks County line will remain at the reduced speed limit of 45 mph.

Speed limits were reduced 11:30 Saturday morning because of winter weather conditions.
