HARRISBURG, PA (WPMT) A man wanted by Carlisle Police on sexual assault charges is arrested by U.S. Marshals in Maryland. Borough police obtained an arrest warrant last Monday for 30 year old William Fogle. In the early morning hours last Friday, Fogle allegedly tried to force a woman to have sex with him. When she refused he allegedly assaulted and then threatened her.
Carlisle Police requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in locating Fogle. Following leads, Fogle was located and arrested Tuesday morning in Thurmont, Maryland.
Charges against Fogle include Rape Forcible Compulsion, Aggravated Indecent Assault without Consent, Sexual Assault, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Unlawful Restraint, Recklessly Endangering, Indecent Assault without Consent and Theft.
