ARCTIC RETURN:  We’re back to arctic air for the end of the week.  Highs today are in the upper 20s under mostly cloudy skies.  We’ll see a few early snow showers and then during the day we get a break.  More snow showers slip in later tonight.  Overall accumulation should be held to 1” or so.  Tonight we drop back to the teens.  Friday, we expect cloudy skies and early flakes fading for sunshine late.  Highs are in the middle 20s.

MidAtlantic Today High WX

WEEKEND:  High pressure slips in bringing bright, sunny skies for Saturday.  Expect highs in the upper 20s.  Sunday, clouds will build in ahead of our next system.  Highs bump to the middle 30s.  Overnight, we’ll see a bit of a mix of snow and rain.

Weekend Outlook

NEXT WEEK:  After the brief mix ends early we’ll break for a bit of sun later.  Highs are near 40° on Monday.  Tuesday, another system comes in bringing another shot at rain and maybe some snow mixing before ending on Wednesday.  Highs Tuesday are in the middle 30s and Wednesday in the low 40s.

Make it a terrific Thursday!
