Gluten-free Chocolate Cake Mix
1 bag of Made with Love Not Gluten Chocolate Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup oil
1 cup hot water
Jam flavor of your choice
Buttercream Icing
1 cup butter
1 cup shortening
6-8 cups powdered sugar (depending on sweetness preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Milk or heavy cream
