Breading and Deep Frying Vegetable:
Bread Crumb Mix
Vegetable Dip of Choice
Cut fresh vegetables. Coat vegetables in flour and dip in egg (whisked) and milk mixed. Coat with bread crumb mix and place in deep fryer for three to five minutes. Plate fried vegetables, let cool and serve with a vegetable dip or sauce of choice.
