LEBANON COUNTY, PA (WPMT) A Jonestown woman faces charges after her 3 year old son is found wandering alone on the first block of West Market Street in the borough. It happened last Thursday, March 12 at about 10:45 am.

State Police say Nicole Telene Foster, 31, was asleep when the toddler walked out of the home wearing a diaper, an over-sized coat and over-sized women’s shoes. The child walked across the street and then wandered up and down the sidewalk by Krall’s General Store. An adult noticed the child and returned him to his home.
