When it comes to your phone, internet, and cable bill, the prices can really add up – and so can the frustrations if you’re hit with unexpected charges.
On top of that, getting in touch with the phone or cable provider can be difficult.
FOX’s Katrine Cravy introduces us to two men who were being overcharged to the tune of hundreds of dollars. They contacted our sister station WITI for help with their bills, and were able to recover a lot of money.
Experts suggest checking your bill every month to make sure you aren’t getting any unexpected charges or changes to your account.
Consumer websites LifeHacker and Consumerist also have suggestions for the best ways to contact providers.

Consumerist reports AT&T customers should submit a form on its website, or send a tweet to @attcustomercare.
LifeHacker recommends Comcast customers should call the Executive Service hotline or send a tweet to @comcastcares.
