A stolen car is crashed the next day and Lebanon police have three suspects in custody. A 2005 Ford Focus was stolen from a parking lot in the 100 block of S. 8th St. around 8:25pm on March 19th. The owner had left the vehicle running and unattended for a few minutes and when he returned it was gone.

Then on March 21 at 1am, the stolen Focus was involved in an accident on the 200 Blk of N 12th St.  The driver struck parked vehicles and the and then fled the scene on foot with two other people who were in the car.  The three people who fled the scene were apprehended in the area of 13th & Church Sts. Police charged Eric Diaz, 31, of Lebanon, with Receiving Stolen Property, Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle and Driving While Suspended. Jamez Martinez, 19, also from Lebanon, is charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Chelsea Hoover, 21, also from Lebanon, is charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
