The Cultural Alliance of York County will host a friendly singing competition between York-area singers and bands on Saturday March 28th from 7:30pm-9:30pm at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center. The “YorVoice” competition will be a night dedicated to highlighting the talent of York County, featuring a celebrity panel of judges with one team emerging as YorVoice champion and one team earning “People’s Choice”. Danica Shirey, who competed in the national singing competition, "The Voice" stopped by Fox43 to talk about "YorVoice." Acoustic trio The AKT will be competing at the event and they also stopped by our studio to play us a song.
