LANCASTER COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Manheim Township Police have an arrest warrant charging Alejandro N. Howarth, 23, with Aggravated Assault following an incident inside an ambulance. It happened at 3:58 am on Friday, March 27, as the ambulance was transporting Howarth on Harrisburg Pike near President Avenue.
Police say Howarth, pushed a female EMT and then jumped out of the moving ambulance. He was last seen running away wearing only a hospital gown.
