DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA (WPMT) A Hershey man faces numerous charges after he is literally caught outside a woman’s home with his pants undone. Pennsylvania State Police say it happened at about 6:22 pm in the 400 block of Laudermilch Road in East Hanover Township.
A State Trooper responding to call found Anthony Allan Pace, 26, with his pants undone looking through a window of the home of a 41 year old woman.
Charges against Pace include Loitering and Prowling at Night, Stalking and Criminal Trespass.
