HARRISBURG (WPMT)-A Harrisburg man already on probation was arrested Thursday after being caught with 91 packets of heroin, authorities said.
Joseph J. Adams, 20, is charged with receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers with Harrisburg Street Crimes Unit spotted Adams in violation of his parole while they were conducting a bar check along the 1600 block of Sycamore Street on Thursday night.
Authorities searched Adams and seized 4 grams of crack cocaine worth $400, 91 packets of heroin worth $910 and a stolen gun.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 13.
