Update:

A Life Lion helicopter airlifted the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash to Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

The Driver is 18-year-old, Yassin Alisheikh of Harrisburg.

The Passenger is 16-year-old, Aaron Dayer of Harrisburg.

Crews transported Dayer to the hospital by ambulance.

Police say their vehicle struck a guard rail on the right shoulder before overturning.

Reports say the car rolled over three times before coming to a complete stop.

Both males are said to be suffering from moderate injuries.

Police say the driver is being charged with seat belt violations.

An accident near Harrisburg has blocked the Southbound lanes of Interstate 81 in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County.

The State Department of Transportation says lanes between exit 70 and 72 are blocked.

Crews are on the scene.
