All southbound lanes are currently closed on Interstate 81 just outside Greencastle in Franklin County following a fatal crash near the Maryland border.
Emergency dispatchers say the accident happened around 11 a.m. Sunday morning at mile marker 4.
Officials say 3 died as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.
State police are on scene investigating.
