LANCASTER COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Four men and a juvenile are charged in an armed home invasion robbery last month in East Lampeter Township.  It happened in the first block of Bowman Road.

Township police were called to the scene for a report of two white males and three black males armed with a shotgun were attempting to force their way into the residence occupied at the time with multiple adults and several children.

Prior to police arrival the males had forced their way inside.  They allegedly stole cash, a diamond ring, a purse with contents, and a cell phone before fleeing.  One of the adult victims suffered minor injuries. Two of the suspects were apprehended at the scene by East Lampeter Township Police patrol officers.

The apprenhended suspects were identified as Rafik R. Butler, 19, of Quarryville, and a 17 year old male juvenile from New Providence. A shotgun was also recovered by detectives.  Butler and the juvenile were charged with one count each of Robbery, Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and committed to Lancaster County Prison. The juvenile, Jordan Chant, is charged as an adult. Investigators say the home was targeted and there was no further danger to the public.

During the ongoing investigation township detectives were able to identify the other suspects as Shaun Devlin, 20, of Philadelphia, Christopher Howard, 21, of Exton, and Harold E. Rowe, III, 20, of Strasburg.

Devlin, Howard and Rowe were also charged with Robbery, Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.
