ELIZABETHVILLE (WPMT)-Fire crews battled a two-alarm fire along the first block of West Main Street in Elizabethville Friday morning.
The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m. at 44 West Main Street. It spread to 42 West Main and left 12 people without a home, at least temporarily. No one was injured. Firefighters say no one was home when the fire started. Officials at the scene believe the fire may have been electrical in nature, but a fire marshal is expected to investigate the scene this afternoon.
