WEEK ENDS UNSETTLED: A weak system to our south and another to the west continues to spiral in showers for the region. Into the evening, the showers are slow to fade. Temperatures slowly fall into the 50s. The overnight period is mainly dry, but an isolated shower or two still cannot be ruled out. Low temperatures fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s. As the system crosses through and lingers a bit into Friday a few more showers are possible. It’s also a bit cooler of a day. Afternoon temperatures are in the lower to middle 60s. Very gradually, the showers taper Friday night.

Weekend Outlook

WEEKEND WARMING: Overall the weekend brings a drying and warming trend that continues into early next week. There’s a small shower chance Saturday afternoon and through the night. Just a couple passing showers are possible from this. Temperatures are warmer in the lower to middle 70s. By Sunday, plenty of sunshine boosts us well into the 70s.

EVEN WARMER NEXT WEEK: The warming continues through Monday under plenty of sunshine. Temperatures are near 80 degrees! By Tuesday, many areas likely reach the lower 80s. It will come with the chance for an isolated shower or thunderstorm later in the day. Isolated shower chances linger into Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures falling back into the 70s.
