CONOY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police say multiple Conoy Township signs were stolen sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning.
According to police reports, the thieves stole four signs that read “Welcome to Conoy Township. This is not a gun free zone.” The signs and their posts were removed from Hillsdale Road, Covered Bridge Road, Hess Road and Turnpike Road in the township.
Investigators said the signs were valued at $554.38, which includes $65.00 per sign, the posts and related hardware and the labor to erect.
The signs were erected in February.
