PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- A 2-year-old in diapers winds up on the roof of a 3-story house in Philadelphia Monday afternoon. A neighbor recorded the incident. In the video, you can see the toddler on the edge of the sloped roof. Neighbors begged him to stay still as police and firefighters got to the scene. One man managed to keep the toddler's attention while police got to him through a window.
Police are investigating how this happened. They say the little boy and another child were home alone at the time. Officers say two women are facing charges including endangering the welfare of a child.
