LEBANON, Pa. – Police responding to a reported disturbance, arrest a suspected drug dealer. Lebanon City Police were dispatched at about 9:07 pm Monday night to the 700 block of Cumberland Street for a disturbance and possibly a man with a gun.
It was determined that the man identified as Leon Horst, 26, no known address, did legally possess the handgun and had a concealed carry permit. The gun was not used criminally.
Police also say Horst was in possession of Methamphetamine and a large amount of cash. He was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Following arraignment Horst was sent to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.
