LANCASTER COUNTY, PA- A sixth victim has come forward and accused a Lancaster County man of rape. According to the victim, she met Trevor Wimer online in 2012. She then met Wimer in person on November 24th, 2013. Wimer offered her a ride from her home to go shopping at two local stores. After shopping, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say Wimer took the victim back to her house and followed her into the house where he sexually assaulted her.
This latest investigation began when the victim reported the incident to a criminal investigator with the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
Wimer, 20, of Gordonville, is charged with multiple counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and one count of furnishing alcohol to minors against several victims.
Wimer is currently incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison in connection to the October 2012 rape of a 16-year-old girl. The alleged rape occurred on the grounds of Conestoga Valley Middle School during non-school hours, and no events were taking place at the time, police said. Police say Wimer admitted to raping the girl during an interview with police on an unrelated matter.
Earlier this month, East Lampeter Township Police charged Wimer with forcibly raping a 15-year-old girl at his home in February.
Last week, Wimer was charged with assaulting two 18-year-old girls at his home.
East Lampeter Township police say Wimer met the girls through social networking sites. He also approached victims at Park City Center.
One teenage victim told police she was assaulted by Wimer multiple times over a two-day period at his residence.
Another victim told investigators Wimer plied her with alcohol before trying to rape her last December. She was able to fight Wimer off and get away from him.
Investigators believe there may be more victims in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. East Lampeter Township Police say there will be charges related to two more victims from their department and there may be another victim charged by another police department in the coming weeks, bringing the total number of victims to nine.
Wimer has been in Lancaster County Prison since March 26, 2015.
