Attempted child luring in Drumore Twp., Lancaster County

DRUMORE TWP., Pa – An attempted child luring incident in Drumore Township, Lancaster County is under investigation.  It happened last Wednesday May 6, at about 4:00 pm in the area of Oregon Hollow Road and Silver Spring Road.

State Police say two men attempted to lure a juvenile male into one their vehicles.  The suspects were in two separate vehicles.  One vehicle, a red pick up, stopped in front of juvenile and another white vehicle stopped behind him.

The juvenile described the driver of the pick up as being “fat with a big belly”, shoulder length brown hair with a bandana tied around his head. The child said the driver of the white vehicle was “fat too” with shoulder length brown hair, a goatee beard and wearing a red baseball cap with the bill pointed backward.

The child said that one of the men told him to “come here”.  The juvenile then ran through an open field to his neighbor’s house.
