WEST HEMPFIELD TWP., Pa – Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers seek help from the public in locating a suspect in a shooting incident. On November 29, 2014 officers from the West Hempfield Township Police Department, responded to a Stevens Summit address in West Hempfield Township for a shots fired incident.
It was later learned that Sammy Reeves Jr., 23, allegedly fired multiple rounds at the victim’s occupied residence. Reeves was charged with Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Reeves also has a Bench Warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office. The original offense for that was Terroristic Threats and Aggravated Assault.
Reeves is a black male, brown eyes, brown hair, six feet three inches tall, and about 165 pounds with has several distinctive tattoos. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that looks like red lipstick marks; the name Samier on his left forearm; the name Sandra on his right forearm; the word Loyalty on his left hand and the word Respect on his right hand.
