Fresh prince Edward clams sautéed along w smoked applewood sausage, crisp honey cured bacon, ham, garden peas, & wild mushrooms all drenched in our creamy carbonara sauce infused w fresh garlic & Parmesan and Romano cheese all served over fettuccine pasta

Stuffed swordfish

Fresh fired grilled swordfish topped w our crab imperial and baked to a perfect golden brown

Cocktails

Red Rita

Malibu red, Cointreau,lime juice, splash oj, sweet n sour, splash of grenadine

Shake all ingredients together squeeze in fresh oranges and limes, serve on the rocks

 

Blue chair breeze

Blue chair bay coconut rum, oj, and pineapple juice, splash of grenadine

Shake all ingredients w ice, add fresh squeezed oranges, serve on the rocks
