WILLOW STREET, Pa. – Police charge a 28 year old Willow Street man with having sex with a 15 year old girl. Southern Regional Police were alerted in February by the Lancaster County Children and Youth agency of a reported sexual relationship between Stanley K. Todd and a 15 year old female acquaintance.
An investigation revealed that Todd had sexual relations with the juvenile at his home in the 700 block of Millwood Road on multiple occasions beginning in June 2014 and continuing until February of this year.
Charges against Todd include Statutory Sexual Assault, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact with Minors.
