NEW YORK, Ny. —  An Air France flight from Paris was escorted to New York’s Kennedy Airport Monday after an anonymous threat.  The Airbus A-330 plane landed in a secure area of the airport to be searched.  Police in Maryland received an anonymous call Monday morning about a “chemical weapons threat” aboard the flight.  Federal authorities scrambled fighter jets to escort the flight.  A source familiar with the matter says there have been a number of threatening calls regarding flights Monday, none of which have proven legitimate so far.
