HARRISBURG, Pa. --  A vacant building in Harrisburg will be imploded to make room for more parking.  The Bertolino building at North Seventh and Reily Streets will be imploded Sunday morning to make room for a new parking lot.  The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency bought the property back in September to build a 219 space parking lot for the agency's employees.  The building will be imploded at 7:00am.  North Seventh Street between Clinton and Herr Streets will be shut down to traffic for a half hour before and after the demolition.
