Police in Harrisburg arrest a man after they say he stole copper wire and piping from William Penn School Building.

According to police, Lawrence Teasley, 50 is being charged with burglary and possession of instruments of crime.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night, Teasley was seen entering William Penn School Building. Police units set a perimeter and waited for Teasley.

A short time later, Teasley came walking out of the building with two bags that contained copper piping and copper wiring that was taken from the building. He also had several tools that were used to enter and take the items.
