If you have a sweet tooth, go ahead and rejoice! Friday is National Donut Day! The day was started by the Salvation Army in Chicago in 1938. It honors the group's "Donut Lassies," who served treats and provided help to soldiers on the front lines during World War I.  Donut shops and chains across the country are offering freebies to celebrate. Dunkin Donuts stopped by the set of Fox43 Morning News to celebrate the day with us.
